Can I trust the seller?

Absolutely, we are putting this in writing to ease your fears and frustrations when purchasing a new or used motorcycle/scooter. We want you to have many trouble free years riding one of our machines and hope you will be back for your next one in the future and recommend us to your friends.

I want more than a photograph?

If you can't get here to see your chosen bike, we'll email you a detailed video and extra detailed photos of it.

I need to sell my current bike first.

Easy, we take part exchange (subject to a mutually agreed price and mechanical inspection), or we can sell your bike on behalf in our showroom and with all advertising included for a small fee.

I don't have enough cash

We can arrange an easy finance package to suit you with affordable and flexible weekly/monthly instalments, with MTF (conditions apply)

Its too far away!

We are able to email detailed photos and video at your request of any motorcycle in stock, with all service and owner history plus supply a detailed (VIR) vehicle information report from Motorweb (official LTSA site) Delivery can be arranged at subsidised rates anywhere in New Zealand using specialised and insured motorcycle transport companies.

What about reliability?

ALL our used motorcycles are subject to a strict pre-purchase inspection by our service team to determine if it is fit for sale to you first.

What happens if it breaks down?

We have been in the motorcycle trade since 1984 and have a reputation to uphold. As well as your consumer guarantee rights and, in the unlikely event of a problem, mechanical or other, we will endevour to resolve it quickly, efficiently and with as little inconvenience to yourself as possible.

Additionally, we can offer full mechanical breakdown insurance at a special Thunderbike subsidised rate,for that extra peace of mind. This insurance can be offered at time of purchase, to both new and used motorcycle/scooter purchases.
